CAIXA FORUM VISIT

We have gone to Caixa Forum, in Barcelona. Once we have been there, we had an exposition of some contemporary works which we commented and worked about. For example, first of all we have gone through a labyrinth made of a kind of yellow transparent curtain. We have also seen a showcase with some belongings of a man that seemed from another period. We have all debated what we thought about those objects and the guide finally has explained to us that it was a monument to a man. Afterwards we have done an activity related with this last artwork that has consisted on making a monument in the same way that the artwork to something we thought it should be valued.

It has been a cool experience and I have learned what a monument meant. Although I really liked the exposition, I feel strange when some simple objects are inside a showcase and they are called artworks. 

I pretty recommend this museum and also the opera exhibition.
